We started psilodigital because we kept watching capable service businesses lose hours every day to tools that weren't built for them. We build the tools ourselves.

We've worked with healthcare professionals, booking-heavy service businesses, and operations teams across Portugal, Italy and Greece. The problem is always the same: good businesses running on systems that were never built for them.
We don't sell software products. We build operational systems shaped entirely around how your business works — and we stay until they work.

Our team is four founders who collectively cover product, design, engineering, and client delivery. Every project is run by the people who built the company.
Based across Europe, we work remotely-first with a strong bias toward fast delivery and transparent process.
We scope before we build
No project starts without a workflow map and a written specification. You know exactly what we'll build and what it will cost before we touch a line of code.
Weekly demos, not monthly surprises
You see working software throughout the build. Feedback happens early — when it's cheap to act on — not at the end when it's too late.
We stay until it works
We don't hand over and disappear. After launch we stay on retainer until the system is stable, the team is confident, and the manual work is actually gone.
Growing up in a small village, our founders witnessed firsthand how technology and innovation seemed to flow exclusively toward urban centers, leaving rural communities behind.
